When will I receive my order?
As soon as I receive your order, I start preparing it with all the care it deserves. I take 2-4 business days to make sure everything is perfect before shipping.
Once shipped, your parcel will arrive in 2-3 business days, ready to be unwrapped. -

You can choose your preferred payment method among credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping starts from €75 in Italy, €100 in Europe and €150 in non-EU countries.
In Italy, below €75, shipping costs €5.90 with BRT courier or €3.99 with InPost Locker. Cash on delivery is available only in Italy and costs €5.90 for orders over €75 and €9.90 for orders below €75. -
I received my order confirmation, but I do not have the tracking code yet. Why?
The order confirmation means that your order has been received correctly. The tracking code is sent later, as soon as your parcel has been prepared and handed over to the courier.
